You can make profoundly positive changes by sharing your concerns in a safe, confidental space with compassionate curiosity and no judgement or shame. Uncover your self-sabotaging patterns and expectations, and rewrite the negative inner dialogue that holds you back.
During our initial visit, I will outline a plan for how I can help and discuss it with you. You can also let me know if you’re seeking a particular type of work such as cognitive behavioral therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), or ketamine-assisted therapy.
